Freedom Growth is NOT a self-directed custodian. We work with the custodians that are needed to hold your retirement funds (in most cases) but can offer real estate investment advice. We also are NOT selling one particular investment. We work with different companies around the country that offer a wide-range of successful real estate opportunities.

Do what you love to do, not what you like to do is a simple credo that has fueled David’s passion for real estate and one that is embedded into the core of Freedom Growth. David spent years cutting his teeth in the corporate marketing world helping to build great brands and even better people. Along the way, he learned the value of professionalism, thoroughness and honesty, while absorbing the power of successfully built relationships. He also discovered a passion for real estate. to have more control over life’s events and to do something real. David’s love for real estate investing and Brooke’s love of home improvement meshed instantly. Although failure came with success, they learned and survived.While David was learning about different financial strategies for the self-employed, he learned about self-directed IRAs. Like everyone at the time, his first reaction was disbelief. But he poured himself into learning more about what was possible with his old 401(k) and IRAs. A new philosophy had been exposed, presenting both opportunity and salvation from an economy that was about to crumble.
David created Freedom Growth for the sole purpose of building relationships with people that need help with real estate investing and are looking for a different way to save for retirement. He’s assembled a team of passionate, qualified professionals that strive to make even the most complex real estate or self-directed IRA transaction understandable and painless.
David is enjoying how Freedom Growth is developing into such a successful, passionate venture. But he mostly loves spending time with his family and friends. He and Brooke have two amazing boys and they love watching them grow into such wonderful people. The boys have helped David discover a passion for coaching and he’s committed to making youth sports what it should be, fun. He also enjoys helping those that need it through the various organizations he’s affiliated with.
